NORMANDY PARK is located on Puget Sound, not far from Seattle International Airport. It is one of the most affluent neighborhoods in the state, featuring several private country clubs and marinas. It is also home to several ocean-side walking trails.


FEDERAL WAY is located between Seattle and Tacoma along the I-5 corridor, with Mt. Rainier to the east and Puget Sound to the west. Its well-developed commercial center features the Sea-Tac mall as well as dozens of restaurants, stores, and even a few recreation centers. Federal Way is home to several unique attractions including a combined water and theme park, several beach-front trails and even a permanent bonsai collection.
